ABOUT US

Under new ownership, owner/ operators Arnaud and Allison Lessard and Kip Dixon bring decades of combined hotel and restaurant experience to the Inn and Tavern and look forward to welcoming guests to the tastefully updated property in the 2023 season.

Updates include luxurious bedding and terry, Aveda amenities in our bathrooms, and Nespresso coffee in our guestrooms to provide a thoughtfully curated experience to all of our travelers.

 

Our European breakfast buffet includes a daily selection of in-house baked croissants, hot oatmeal, local farm-fresh hams and cheeses, quiche, fresh fruits, cereal, and juices.

Tavern guests will enjoy menu creations by Chef Kip Dixon, whose culinary background includes a repertoire from his creole roots in Mobile, Alabama, and travels through the coastal regions of southern Florida, Cape Ann, Massachusetts, and now, Down East Maine. Guests may sit in our relaxing pub-style bar or lounge by the crackling, wood-burning fireplace. The Tavern also boasts a formal dining room suitable for larger parties and private events for up to 40 patrons.

Cancellation Policy

  • Peak Season June 1 - October 15 14 Days prior to arrival, non changeable, will have a 100% cancellation penalty.
  • Off Peak Season October 16 - May 30 7 Days prior to arrival, non changeable, will have a 100% cancellation penalty.
